Q: Where is Swaziland?
| A: Swaziland is a tiny country in Southern Africa, surrounded by South Africa, and suffers from one of the problems that afflict its big neighbour - babies who become orhpans because their parents have died from AIDS.
It is a beautiful country, about the size of Wales, with mountains to match. It has a population of about 1 million.

Q: What is the Swazi Children vision?
| A: Swaziland has not escaped AIDS. Through no fault of their own many children are destined to a life of poverty, without parental love and guidance.
About 30% of Swaziland's children have lost one or both parents to AIDS.
Our vision is that the children will remain in their own community, will grow up being loved and secure and will not join the abandoned children on the streets of South Africa, begging, and worse, to live.

Q: What is Swazi Children doing at the moment (Sept ’11)?
| A: Swazi Children are working with a local charity in Zandondo at the Esibukweni Preschool. This charity is called Sicalo Selikusasa Lelichakazile - The start of a bright future. Together we are working out how best to support the Gogos (Grandmothers) of orphaned children in this area. We are also continually funding raising and searching for grant opportunities.
